Bluetooth fun

The great thing about HTC Bluetooth mobile accessories is that no matter how long they've been in the oven, the name is still clearly visible.

That's good marketing :)

Our last week

Here are some pictures of different things we were doing during the last week.
Elizabeth is getting bored staying at home. So we try to find some fun things to do outside. Here's an outing to something called "Den økologiske have" (=organic garden), where she got to play with some chickens, see different animals and play at some rather creative instruments. Cold and rainy weather let us stay for just an hour or so. But in summer definitely a great place to spend the whole day.

Another fun thing for Elizabeth is going to a deer park, where deer walk freely and you can feed them carrots and apples.

After discovering Lego blocks at the house we stayed at in Portugal, David got Liza some Lego, too- all 400 pieces! The question is- who's having more fun with it?

One week in sunny Portugal

Here are some pictures of our gettaway to Portugal. We decided to cheat on Danish grey and rainy (still very cold!) spring by spending one week in Portugal- and it was just what we needed. It's our first time in Portugal, and one thing for sure- we'll definitely be back :)

We arrived at Lisbon and spent two days there with my old friend Joana, who lived in Denmark working at the University of Aarhus. Now she's back to Portugal with her Mauritian husband and lovely baby Elias. We were very happy to meet Fazeer's parents there, too. Thank you all for your hospitality and introduction to some delicious locally made cakes!

After touring Lisbon, we went to the most western point of Europe, where we ran into probably the biggest motorbikers get together I have seen...

We spent the rest of the week in Algarve southern province of Portugal. It was very nice weather, lots of sunshine and beautiful nature to see. We stayed at D'Jangos Castle- fantastic big house with the views to 180 degrees. It was very special to experience the hospitality of Chris Freer- the owner of the place.

Beautiful sunsets and long talks by the barbeque- all you need for a relaxing holiday.
