I (Katya) finally figured out the bug on the blog site that wouldn't allow me to post anything since spring! So here we go- last 9 months in pictures :D


This was our Easter break, which we spent at the north coast of Germany- the worst trip ever! Well, we didn't want to leave our cats alone for too long, so we brought them with, just to see them running away from us! Then we spent the rest of the holidays looking for them among about 200 summer houses and caravans- only to find and bring back one of them. 3 months later some very kind German people found Sasha. So David drove all the way back to pick him up!



In May we had Billy and Freda visiting from Northern Ireland. We spent some lovely time with them, playing tourists, and spending some time with my parents at my sister's summer house.



Here's the whole "gang" enjoying my Mum's Russian cooking with "pirogi" and tea.


Having a 3-year old toddler she needs to be entertained, and here's where the year tickets to the local fun park Tivoli come handy. We spent many summer days in Tivoli!

And this is our summer vacation in Croatia. Besides the clear blue water, that you can spend the whole day in swimming- it's a beautiful place with it's old town Dubrovnik, where we stayed. Great place to go to with kids, and very friendly Croatian people!








It's such a blessing to have grandparents close by during summer- both for us and for Liza.

Liza performing at the Russian school, which she's going to every Saturday and seems to enjoy, as well as the result (that is speaking Russian) is above all expectations. But I think it mostly has to do with spending time with her grandparents :D



Our birthday boy! 40th.....


As though as having 3 cars is not enough, now we've got two motorbikes, too.... I have no more comments on that one.

On a date in Aarhus, cafe Hack- very nice place, just beside the Aarhus Theatre, lovely atmosphere and delicious food! Enjoying the opportunity of grandparents-babysitters just a phone call away- what a luxury we have during the summer months!
