Baking, baking and baking...

Liza's favourite occupation at the moment- guess what? BAKING!!! It's baking anything- bread, rolls, muffins, cookies of any sort and kind. We do that at least once a week with her. Now you know where to find loads of cookies stacked in jars :) She's also good at making faces...

Wellcome, winter!

Today is the first day of really heavy snowfall. We woke up to real winter outside!
Then the fun started! The snow is perfect- light and sticky, it's only -1 outside.
Our cat Sasha was also "helping" to build a snowman... from the distance
Last week I was away to Copenhagen, and this is the fun David and Liza got up to... Decorating the Christmas tree, which Liza did all on her own! She's very proud of her work, sits under the tree at night and watches the lights....

...and some house decor....

Autumn at our doorstep...

The fall is beautiful in Denmark. The colours are bright and the air is clear... We were lucky to catch some sunny days in the park and in our garden, which's got cleaned off the fallen leaves and ready for winter...

August- month of birthdays

My Dad turned 75 on Saturday. We're very happy to have both of my parents over in Denmark for summer. Here the whole family celebrating the event at my sister's holiday cottage.

My two little helpers- cousins Maria and Liza decorating the birthday cake for their Grandpa and having lots of fun!

Oh yes, and my (Katya's) birthday was in August, too :)

Happy 4th birthday, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth pre-birthday party with her friends from day care. She had a great time, as well as all the kids, and parents :) Princess castle cake was a hit, even though they didn't have much of it- were all stuffed with snake-bagels, pig melon, and other yammie stuff :)

Stockholm and the racetrack

Here are some random ramblings from me - Dave :)

Was recently in Stockholm to share some of my thoughts on standardisation throughout the company, and had some great food, as well as a day in the city afterwards on the Swedish national day.... followed by some pics of a track day at the Jyllandsringen racetrack, where I had 8 laps og following a racer on my street runner.
